Delivery and Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank transfer to our company’s account. After placing an order, you will receive an invoice via e-mail with detailed information about the ordered products and the selected payment method.
Delivery is carried out in Poland and the EU via courier companies DPD, UPS, DHL, Nova Post or by address delivery;
The cost of delivery depends on the carrier’s tariff.
Returns Policy
You can return any product within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

Product return procedure:

2. We agree on the reasons and conditions for returning the goods;
3. The customer packs and ships the goods at their own expense, using a convenient courier;
4. We collect and check the goods;
5. We agree with the buyer on the method of refund.
Terms of return of goods
The goods can be returned provided that the goods and their components remain unused. The goods do not have any mechanical damage, scratches or abrasions.
In the event of returning the goods to our warehouse, secure the product in the same way it was secured when you received it.
The return of the goods is at the buyer’s expense.
